The whole school attended a very important Bonfire and Firework Safety Assembly on 5th November.  A group of Year 4 children explained why we celebrate Bonfire night each year. In addition, a group of Year 2 children taught everyone about the Firework safety code. Mrs McGregor showed how sparklers can be safer for small hands to hold if the sparkler is first inserted into a carrot!  Finally all of the children in the Reception class showed everyone their creative firework pictures.
